About the role

Puma Solutions Group is seeking a bilingual Customer Service Specialist to join its on‑site team in Maracaibo. You will deliver high‑quality support to clients, ensuring every interaction is professional, empathetic, and solution‑focused.

Key responsibilities

• Provide seamless, high‑quality support to clients via phone, chat, or email.
• Listen actively, diagnose issues, and resolve problems efficiently.
• Maintain an empathetic and professional tone across all communications.
• Navigate multiple platforms and tools to assist customers.

Required profile

• Fluent verbal and written English and Spanish (advanced level).
• Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or bilingual support roles.
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and desire for long‑term growth.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to work with several platforms.

• Monthly fee of $400 USD, paid bi‑weekly (cash or Binance).
• Professional on‑site workspace with all necessary equipment.
