Bilingual Pre-Sales Representative (English & Spanish) – Remote Freelance

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Pre‑Sales Representative fluent in English and Spanish to join our remote team on a freelance, full‑time basis. You will work flexible hours, handling lead follow‑ups and appointment scheduling for medical services.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct follow‑up calls with leads to book doctor appointments.
• Contact customers who cancelled appointments to re‑schedule them.
• Maintain and update the customer database in HubSpot CRM.
• Perform additional administrative tasks as needed.
• Report activity and results to senior management.

Required profile

• Previous sales or call‑center experience with English‑speaking customers.
• Fluent written and spoken English (C1‑C2) and Spanish (C1).
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Comfortable making calls and communicating clearly.
• Committed, able to work under stress and as a team player.

Required skills

• HubSpot (or similar CRM) proficiency.
• G Suite proficiency.

What we offer

• Two‑week training period followed by a two‑month probation.
• Compensation of $750 USD per month during trial, then $750 USD plus up to $100 USD KPI bonus.
• 20 paid vacation days and 10 paid sick days per year.
• Flexible scheduling (5 work days, 2 days off determined weekly) across PST time slots.
• Remote work setup with technical requirements of 50 Mbps internet, 8 GB RAM, Windows 10 or higher.
