Sales Appointment Setter – Remote (LATAM)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Appointment Setter to join our remote LATAM team. You will contact prospective business owners, qualify leads and schedule appointments for our sales professionals, helping to drive funding deals.

Key responsibilities

• Contact prospective business owners using cold leads provided by the company.
• Qualify and assess potential clients for merchant cash advances.
• Schedule appointments for the sales team to discuss funding opportunities.
• Follow up with leads promptly and maintain professional communication.
• Record all client interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 2–3 years of experience in sales, outbound cold calling, or telemarketing.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to handle high call volumes and work independently.
• Experience with B2B sales, startups and American clients is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Microsoft 365 tools such as Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive.
• Experience using Hubstaff for time tracking.
