About the role

VirtuPartner is seeking a proactive bilingual Cold Caller Specialist to generate real‑estate lead opportunities for its clients. You will work remotely, engaging potential B2B customers, understanding their needs, and feeding qualified prospects into the sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients to identify and create new lead opportunities.
• Engage with clients to understand their specific real‑estate needs and communicate relevant services.
• Record interactions and track performance using CRM tools and Google Analytics.
• Leverage B2B sales experience to build relationships and promote VirtuPartner’s offerings.
• Collaborate with the internal team to align lead‑generation activities with overall business goals.

Required profile

• C2‑level English proficiency.
• Proven experience in a B2B sales or tele‑prospection environment.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• High attention to detail and self‑motivation.
• Experience in real‑estate sales is mandatory.

Required skills
