About the role

Puma Solutions Group is seeking a bilingual Customer Service Specialist to join its on‑site team in Maracaibo. You will deliver high‑quality support to clients, ensuring every interaction is professional, empathetic, and solution‑focused.

Key responsibilities

Provide seamless, high‑quality support to clients via phone, chat, or email.
Listen actively, diagnose issues, and resolve problems efficiently.
Maintain an empathetic and professional tone across all communications.
Navigate multiple platforms and tools to assist customers.

Required profile

Fluent verbal and written English and Spanish (advanced level).
Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or bilingual support roles.
Strong work ethic, punctuality, and desire for long‑term growth.
Basic computer literacy and ability to work with several platforms.

Required skills

What we offer

Monthly fee of $400 USD, paid bi‑weekly (cash or Binance).
Professional on‑site workspace with all necessary equipment.
Standard schedule: Monday‑Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (including a 1‑hour break).
