Senior Services Manager - Contract Performance Management (Venezuela)

About the role

Gevernova is hiring a Senior Services Manager for Contract Performance Management, based remotely. The role acts as the single point of contact for customers in an assigned region, product line or coverage area, resolving concerns and providing ongoing technical and business support. It includes direct people management, such as staffing and performance development, and carries moderate autonomy.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact for customers, resolving concerns quickly and satisfactorily across the assigned region, product or coverage area
• Maintain knowledge of the assigned region, products and their configurations and installations, and act as the direct link to internal functions supporting the customer
• Provide ongoing technical and business support to assigned customers
• Manage people directly, including staffing and performance development
• Lead small, low-risk projects and act as a resource for colleagues with less experience
• Convey performance expectations and handle sensitive issues

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in the function
• Advanced experience in Services and Customer Service Management
• Valid work permit in Venezuela; willingness to relocate to Venezuela in the near term
• Experience with customers in the assigned region

• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to analyze and resolve problems, and to document, plan, market and execute programs
• Established project management skills
• Financial, analytical and strategic planning capabilities
• Ability to travel to customer sites, work across functions and work independently
• Technical background and familiarity with gas turbines preferred
