About the role
Mondelēz International is looking for a field sales representative in Maracaibo, Venezuela. You will build professional relationships with customers and optimise base sales, new product development (NPD) and promotions, ensuring strong retailer visibility and the delivery of sales capabilities. You will also help meet field KPIs and annual objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure maximum visual impact and optimal shelf availability through merchandising techniques
- Implement and monitor promotional activities
- Place and implement point-of-buying materials
- Report on activities
Required profile
- Sales experience required, preferably in FMCG/CPG
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Perseverance and attention to detail
