Sales Leader (Field Sales) - Barquisimeto

About the role

Mondelēz International is looking for a Sales Leader in Barquisimeto, Venezuela. You will lead a team of field sales representatives so that the sales strategy is delivered and annual KPIs and targets are achieved for a defined area. The role is regular and based on field sales.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, develop and motivate the team, working closely with the sales capability team to ensure training is delivered.
• Create and manage an annual business unit plan to deliver agreed channel revenue KPIs and targets, and provide reporting as required.
• Manage winning customer relationships that enable best-in-industry execution of the categories.
• Work with key stakeholders, including the account team, category, activation team, sales capability and customer finance, to deliver the best return across the area.
• Apply category and insights knowledge, coaching the team in using category tools to engage and influence customers and grow the categories.

Required profile

• Considerable knowledge of the market and routes-to-market where Mondelēz operates.
• Experience in sales and in managing a team of salespeople.
