Restaurant Manager

About the role

Invited is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily food and beverage service within one of its private clubs. This junior management position combines oversight of restaurant operations with hands‑on service during low‑volume periods, ensuring members receive a seamless and exceptional experience.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain Invited’s high service standards and ensure accurate, prompt order execution.
• Supervise service staff to deliver consistent, high‑quality service.
• Monitor the reservation book, manage room setups, and ensure cleanliness and readiness for service.
• Complete opening and closing procedures for breakfast, lunch, or dinner shifts as scheduled.
• Oversee daily side work, maintain sanitary work areas, and follow service FOCUS expectations.
• Assist in training and development of service staff, lead staff meetings and training sessions.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the à la carte menu, daily specials, and the club’s liquor, beer, and wine offerings.
• Record shift information and tasks in the log for seamless handover.

Required profile

• Junior‑level management experience in a hospitality or club setting.
• Ability to supervise and train service staff.
• Strong attention to detail for reservations, room setups, and service standards.
• Hands‑on approach during low‑volume periods, including direct service when needed.
