Kids Club Attendant

About the role

The Kids Club Attendant creates a safe, engaging, and fun environment for children at Invited’s private clubs. You will supervise children, facilitate age‑appropriate activities, and ensure parents feel confident that their kids are in capable hands.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise children at all times, maintaining constant vigilance and safety.
• Plan and lead creative, educational, and recreational activities suited to different age groups.
• Assist children with meals, drinks, and any personal needs.
• Promote club and youth‑day‑care programs to members and their families.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the youth centre, including entry areas and play spaces.
• Handle problem behaviours calmly and appropriately.
• Collaborate with the Director of Kids Club and other staff, assisting with additional tasks as required.
• Follow all club policies, safety guidelines, and professional standards.

Required profile

• Polite, diplomatic, and able to interact professionally with members and guests.
• Strong ability to monitor and engage with children, ensuring their safety.
• Capable of managing challenging behaviours in a constructive manner.
• Willingness to coordinate activities based on children’s ages and interests.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean, orderly environment.
• Team‑oriented mindset, ready to support colleagues as needed.
