Outside Food & Beverage Supervisor

About the role

The Outside Food & Beverage Supervisor ensures exceptional service for members and guests in outdoor dining areas such as snack bars and poolside venues. This position oversees food preparation, sanitation, inventory, financial performance, and staff training to maintain the club’s high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain Invited’s service standards as defined in the F&B training program.
• Train, supervise, and schedule outside food & beverage staff, ensuring consistent quality and adherence to procedures.
• Oversee daily setup, preparation, and organization of the snack bar, including product rotation and sanitation.
• Execute member and guest orders accurately and promptly, greeting members by name.
• Collect payments or membership cards for all transactions.
• Manage daily financial closing of the snack bar, including cleaning duties.
• Communicate special product needs or quality issues to the Food & Beverage Director.
• Ensure the snack bar and kitchen are cleaned and sanitized each day.
• Complete side work such as maintaining clean work areas, restocking supplies, and organizing storage.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering high‑quality food and beverage service in a club or hospitality setting.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple club departments and manage outdoor service operations.
• Strong organizational skills for inventory control, financial closing, and sanitation compliance.
• Leadership capability to train, motivate, and oversee a team of staff members.
