About the role

Join Invited’s premier golf clubs as a Golf Course Marshall, delivering exceptional professionalism and customer service to members and guests on the course. You will enforce club rules with courtesy and authority while ensuring a smooth pace of play and a positive experience for all players.

Key responsibilities

• Assist members and guests with golf etiquette advice, lost balls, and ride requests.
• Inform guests about club offerings, events, and golf shop specials.
• Maintain a visible presence on the course, coordinating with starters and other staff to report incidents.
• Enforce club rules consistently, addressing violations professionally.
• Perform course maintenance tasks such as repairing ball marks, filling divots, picking up loose items, and straightening cart guidance ropes.
• Collaborate with range attendants, cart attendants, and outside services to ensure efficient service.
• Complete daily duties to club standards, including trash removal, supply restocking, and signage upkeep.
