Partner Success Executive – Remote

About the role

As a Partner Success Executive you will manage relationships with Senior Advisors, our referral partners who generate leads through introductions. You will own the full referral pipeline from onboarding to conversion and build long‑term loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard new Senior Advisors, set expectations for introductions, engagement cadence and performance metrics.
• Maintain a structured 1:1 cadence with advisors to track pipeline and engagement.
• Guide advisors on targeting strategy, prospect profiles and provide messaging support for high‑quality introductions.
• Monitor performance metrics such as intro‑to‑lead ratio and engagement levels.
• Qualify introductions, engage prospects promptly and manage follow‑up until conversion or disqualification.
• Hand off qualified leads to Sales Operations with proper documentation and feedback.
• Drive advisor motivation, retention and participation in events and networking initiatives.
• Collect feedback to improve program design and propose process improvements.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in Account Management or Business Development in a similar environment.
• At least 1 year working with the US market in a sales, business development, or account manager role.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
