Dental Assistant

About the role

Espire is looking for a dedicated Dental Assistant to join a dynamic team that blends cutting‑edge dental technology with inspired hospitality. You will support dentists and hygienists while ensuring patients receive the highest quality of care in a welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare patients for dental procedures and maintain infection‑control standards by sterilizing instruments and setting up trays.
• Assist dentists during treatments, including managing emergencies when needed.
• Support dental hygienists, record treatment details, and expose dental X‑rays.
• Provide patients with oral health education, postoperative instructions, and answer hygiene‑related questions.
• Take preliminary impressions, fabricate temporary restorations, and manage dental supply inventory.

Required profile

• A passionate dental professional who enjoys building trusting relationships with patients and team members.
• Willingness to participate in training programs, which may involve travel.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, patient‑focused environment.

Required skills

• Familiarity with dental equipment and instruments.
• Knowledge of Cerec and intraoral scanning (preferred).
• Experience with sedation and dental implant placement/restoration (preferred).
• Proficiency with digital technology and electronic medical records.
• Competence in operating dental X‑ray equipment.
