About the role

Espire is a fee‑for‑service dental practice that blends advanced clinical care, cutting‑edge technology, and concierge‑style hospitality. As a Treatment Coordinator you will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a seamless, white‑glove experience from arrival through departure, especially for complex and sedation‑based procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a warm, personalized experience for every patient, guiding them through forms, treatment plans, and financial arrangements.
• Coordinate scheduling for complex and sedation procedures, manage daily patient flow, and optimize provider calendars.
• Prepare daily schedules, patient records, and treatment paperwork, including consent forms.
• Support patients before, during, and after sedation appointments to ensure comfort and confidence.
• Present treatment plans and financial estimates, assist with financial arrangements, and work with partners such as CareCredit.
• Maintain front‑office operations, handle rescheduling, and follow up with patients who miss appointments.
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA, state, and federal regulations.

Required profile

• 2‑3+ years of experience in a dental practice or med‑spa environment, preferably fee‑for‑service.
• Familiarity with sedation dentistry and caring for anxious or high‑acuity patients.
• Strong hospitality mindset with concierge‑level service standards.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Understanding of practice operations, patient flow, and scheduling logistics.
