About the role

We are seeking a Life Insurance Recruiter & Talent Acquisition Specialist to source, screen, and interview licensed life insurance agents for a growing insurance company. The role focuses on building high‑performing sales teams through proactive candidate outreach and efficient pipeline management.

Key responsibilities

• Source licensed life insurance agents using LinkedIn Recruiter and outbound strategies.
• Conduct screening calls and interview candidates.
• Manage multiple recruiting pipelines simultaneously.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout hiring stages.
• Keep accurate records in the ATS and update recruiting metrics.

Required profile

• Experience recruiting licensed life insurance agents (strongly preferred).
• Excellent communication and confidence in front‑facing interactions.
• Ability to handle several hiring pipelines at once.

Required skills

• LinkedIn Recruiter for candidate sourcing.
• Boolean search techniques.
• Zoom for virtual interviews.
• ATS platforms for pipeline management.
• WhatsApp for candidate communication.

What we offer

• Hourly compensation ranging from $6 to $10 (approximately $960‑$1,600 per month).
