Healthcare Recruiter (Full-cycle)

About the role

We are looking for a Healthcare Recruiter to manage full‑cycle talent acquisition for medical positions. The role involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates across multiple locations while ensuring compliance with internal policies.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define and verify job requirements.
• Manage a high volume of requisitions for various healthcare roles.
• Source candidates from internal databases, job boards, and social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Facebook.
• Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and forward qualified profiles to hiring managers promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics.
• Support team projects and assist with policy communication and follow‑up.

Required profile

• Proficient English communication skills.
• Experience handling multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to identify bottlenecks and suggest process improvements.
