Learning Experience Partner (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Learning Experience Partner to design, manage and report onboarding programs through our Learning Management System. The role combines strategic consulting with hands‑on development of scalable learning solutions, leveraging modern authoring and AI tools.

Key responsibilities

• Design, manage and report onboarding operations hosted in our LMS using modern authoring tools.
• Maintain and optimize the full learning technology stack, including LMS, AI‑Studio and related platforms.
• Create and update learning content for onboarding and training.
• Coordinate projects across stakeholders, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
• Analyze data and report on program effectiveness and business impact.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in learning or talent development.
• Hands‑on experience with people‑facing roles and measuring onboarding impact.
• Direct experience administering LMS/LXP platforms.
• Background in instructional design and adult learning methodologies.
• Proven ability to deliver online training and onboarding sessions.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
