Virtual Assistant – Short-Term Rental (Remote)

About the role

We are a growing short‑term rental company looking for a proactive Virtual Assistant to help manage daily operations for our portfolio of vacation properties. Working remotely, you will be the main point of contact for guests and coordinate with our cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure a seamless stay experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage guest communication before, during, and after stays across multiple platforms.
• Respond to inquiries and booking requests on Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, and similar sites.
• Coordinate with cleaners, maintenance crews, and vendors to schedule services.
• Monitor reservations, calendars, and occupancy levels.
• Assist with listing updates, optimization, and performance tracking.
• Handle guest issues promptly and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Maintain accurate operational records and generate reports.
• Support day‑to‑day property management tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Previous experience in the short‑term rental (STR) industry.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Familiarity with property‑management system (PMS) tools.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
• High attention to detail and strong problem‑solving skills.
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely.
• Availability to work weekends or flexible shifts when required.
