French‑Speaking Short‑Term Rental Specialist (Virtual Assistant)

About the role

We are seeking a French‑speaking Short‑Term Rental (STR) Specialist to support the day‑to‑day operations of our international portfolio. The role is fully remote and involves managing guest communications, reservations, and property services across multiple booking platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with guests in French and English via Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO and other channels.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests and issues throughout their stay.
• Manage reservations, availability, check‑ins, check‑outs and guest information.
• Coordinate cleaning, maintenance and other property‑related services.
• Monitor guest reviews and maintain high satisfaction standards.
• Update listings, pricing and availability; ensure calendar accuracy across platforms.
• Escalate urgent issues and provide regular operational updates.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in short‑term rentals, hospitality, property management or guest services.
• Familiarity with Airbnb, Booking.com and VRBO.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and flexible hours, including weekends.

Required skills

• Experience with PMS/channel‑management systems such as Guesty, Hostaway, Hostfully or Hospitable.
• Proficiency with tools like PriceLabs, Slack, Google Workspace and task‑management platforms.
