Property Onboarding Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized Property Onboarding Specialist to manage the onboarding of new short‑term rental properties into our portfolio. You will coordinate with owners, vendors, cleaners and internal teams to ensure each property is launch‑ready.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end onboarding process, collecting property data, documents, photos, access details and inventory lists.
• Set up and maintain listings on Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com and other platforms, ensuring accurate rates, availability, fees and policies.
• Configure properties in the PMS/channel manager and coordinate photography, cleaning, maintenance, inspections and property setup.
• Create and verify property descriptions, amenities, house rules and check‑in instructions.
• Work with owners and vendors to resolve issues, meet launch deadlines and conduct quality‑control checks before properties go live.
• Maintain onboarding trackers, documentation and status updates, and liaise with operations and guest experience teams for a smooth transition after launch.

Required profile

• 1–2+ years of experience in property management, short‑term rentals, hospitality or operations.
• Familiarity with Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com or similar platforms.
• Experience with PMS/channel management systems such as Guesty, Hostaway, Hostfully, Lodgify or Hospitable is preferred.
• Strong organizational and project coordination abilities, with attention to detail and capacity to manage multiple properties simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
