Rental Manager – Rent Manager System Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Rental Manager Specialist with deep, hands‑on expertise in the Rent Manager ecosystem. This role focuses on managing property‑management workflows, reporting, and system‑related tasks within a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain property, tenant, owner, lease, and unit data in Rent Manager.
• Handle day‑to‑day property‑management workflows, including charges, payments, and account updates.
• Manage maintenance requests, work orders, vendors, and related operations.
• Generate, review, and interpret Rent Manager reports for operational and financial tracking.
• Configure and maintain Rent Manager workflows, templates, and system settings.
• Troubleshoot routine Rent Manager issues and identify workflow improvements.
• Support data cleanup, system organization, and quality control.
• Coordinate information between Rent Manager and other property‑management, accounting, or CRM platforms.

Required profile

• Proven professional experience using Rent Manager (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of property‑management workflows and accounting processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus.
