Virtual Assistant – Mid-Term Rental Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Virtual Assistant to support our growing portfolio of mid‑term rental properties. In this remote position you will handle day‑to‑day operations, guest communication, and property performance to ensure a seamless rental experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage guest communications before, during, and after stays.
• Coordinate bookings, inquiries, and lease agreements.
• Handle tenant screening and onboarding processes.
• Monitor occupancy and assist with pricing updates.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and vendor communications.
• Manage listings on platforms such as Furnished Finder, Airbnb, Zillow, and direct booking channels.
• Track renewals, extensions, and move‑in/move‑out schedules.
• Maintain property records, reports, and operational documentation.
• Assist with calendar management and reservation updates.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns promptly.

Required profile

• Previous experience managing mid‑term rental properties.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Familiarity with property‑management platforms (Furnished Finder, Airbnb, Zillow, Guesty, Hostaway or similar).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems proactively.
• Strong attention to detail and follow‑through.
• Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace.
