Theatre Team Member – Guest Service Role

About the role

Join Cinemark’s front‑line team and help create a welcoming, heroic experience for movie‑goers. As a Theatre Team Member you will greet guests, handle ticket sales, operate the concession area and ensure the theatre environment is clean, safe and enjoyable.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile, verify tickets and direct them to the appropriate auditorium.
• Operate Cinemark’s POS system for ticket and concession transactions, handling cash accurately.
• Provide information on movies, special events, pricing and promotions.
• Maintain cleanliness of lobby, aisles, restrooms, auditoriums and parking areas, and sanitize high‑contact surfaces.
• Prepare and serve food, operate cooking and popping equipment while complying with food safety regulations.
• Monitor theatre safety, conduct inspections, and report any issues to management.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.

Required profile

• At least 16 years of age and able to work flexible evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Completion of basic food‑handling training and possession of any required local certifications.
• Energetic, friendly attitude with strong guest‑service focus.
• Effective verbal and written communication in English.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, follow directions and act with urgency.
• Accurate cash handling and basic math skills.
