Staffing Solution Architect (Remote)

About the role

The Staffing Solution Architect will lead the definition and validation of client skill requirements for staffing augmentation. Working remotely, you will partner with BairesDev’s global talent pool to match engineers with project needs, ensuring high‑quality placements for leading technology companies.

Key responsibilities

• Drive technology assessments and validation processes, providing technical guidance to clients.
• Conduct final screening and interviews to select the best engineers for each role.
• Collaborate with clients to understand the exact engineering profile required.
• Work across multiple tech stacks, including web (frontend & backend), mobile, QA (manual & automation), DevOps, and data engineering/science.
• Stay up‑to‑date with market trends and emerging technologies.
• Train candidates on various technologies as needed.
• Partner with the sales team to accelerate resource delivery while maintaining feasibility.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the IT industry.
• Proven background in software development across several programming languages and domains.
• Strong technical presentation and communication abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
