Senior Project Manager – Remote Work

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead medium‑to‑large staff‑augmentation projects for BairesDev. The role involves overseeing multidisciplinary engineering teams, ensuring project delivery, and driving strategic initiatives—all on a fully remote basis.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, monitor and report project results, providing coaching and discipline as needed.
• Coordinate company systems, policies and procedures to maintain quality and consistency.
• Retain staff by fostering a communicative environment and identifying growth opportunities.
• Analyze billable utilization, capacity planning and forecast project profitability.
• Forecast financial results, schedule expenditures, analyze variances and initiate corrective actions.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years experience as a Software Project Manager.
• Strong background in the IT industry with deep knowledge of project management practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Leadership ability to manage and motivate diverse teams.
