About the role
Global Pacific Support is looking for a bilingual Spanish‑English Agent to provide towing and roadside assistance support. You will interact with customers, drivers and dispatch teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in both Spanish and English.
- Coordinate with drivers and provide timely updates to customers.
- Manage multiple service requests and maintain accurate records.
Required profile
- Fluent in Spanish and English with strong communication skills.
- Experience in a call‑center or dispatch environment is a plus.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle emergency situations.
- Professional, empathetic attitude and reliable work ethic.
- Stable internet connection and a quiet home workspace.
Required skills
- Proficiency with computers and CRM systems.
