Bilingual Call Center Agent (English & Spanish) – Remote

About the role

Calls Experts is seeking a bilingual Call Center Agent to handle inbound and outbound calls for the US and Canadian insurance market. The position is fully remote and requires fluent communication in both English and Spanish.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, qualify leads and make live transfers when appropriate.
• Answer client questions, provide accurate information, schedule meetings and appointments.
• Maintain customer records, update online spreadsheets and manage information in company systems.

Required profile

• Excellent command of both English and Spanish.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and persuasive skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced remote environment with a solid work ethic.

Required skills

• Laptop or desktop computer with Windows 11 or macOS Sonoma (Apple M1 chip or newer).
• Minimum 12 GB RAM, CPU score of 6,000 PassMark, and reliable fiber‑optic internet connection.
