About the role
We are looking for a reliable Remote Operator based in Venezuela to support a U.S.-based medical practice. The role involves handling patient calls, scheduling, and office coordination during New York business hours.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming patient calls professionally and courteously.
- Assist with appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations.
- Provide general information about services and place reminder calls.
- Contact insurance companies to verify coverage for medical equipment.
- Record and update patient information accurately in internal systems.
Required profile
- Strong verbal communication skills in English.
- Previous experience in customer service, medical office support, or call center (preferred).
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction‑free work environment.
- Ability to multitask with empathy and professionalism.
- Basic computer skills (email, scheduling systems, data entry).
