About the role

We are looking for a Senior Real Estate Manager to join our team on a part‑time, remote basis. In this position you will lead real‑estate transactions, perform financial analysis, conduct due diligence, and manage lease administration while supporting strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end real‑estate transactions.
• Analyze financial statements and model investment returns.
• Conduct thorough due‑diligence and verify transactional data.
• Administer lease agreements and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to inform strategic decisions.
• Manage multiple transactions simultaneously, ensuring timelines are met.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with proven finance expertise.
• Experience in real‑estate or property‑management due diligence.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Highly organized and able to handle several transactions at once.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate or a related field.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Automation tools for data processing.
• Familiarity with property‑management software (any platform).
