Remote Property Manager

About the role

AllView Real Estate is seeking a Remote Property Manager to support its residential and commercial property management portfolio across Southern California. This fully remote, full‑time position works within an international team, acting as the central hub for tenants, owners, vendors, and internal staff.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to tenant, owner, and vendor inquiries via phone and email.
• Maintain up‑to‑date property, tenant, and vendor records in the management system.
• Track maintenance requests from intake through resolution, ensuring timely follow‑up.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to schedule and confirm work orders.
• Support daily operations of both residential and commercial properties, ensuring compliance with company standards.

Required profile

• Highly organized and able to work independently without constant supervision.
• Calm under pressure, capable of handling multiple issues simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate record‑keeping.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property management software (e.g., AppFolio).
• Competent use of standard office tools such as email and document management systems.
