Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist

About the role

Jamabo Houses is seeking a full‑time Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist to source, evaluate, and close property purchases. Working remotely, you will directly influence the growth of the company’s real‑estate portfolio while supporting homeowners who need a quick, confident sale.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and qualify seller leads via text messages and cold‑calling land owners.
• Contact leads, present purchase offers, negotiate terms, and close acquisition deals.
• Coordinate with local realtors to resell acquired parcels.
• Utilise user‑friendly software to manage leads, communications, and documentation.
• Conduct due‑diligence research and draft purchase agreements and contracts.
• Maintain consistent follow‑up through calls, texts, and emails.

Required profile

• Proficiency with purchase agreements, lead follow‑up, due‑diligence, and cold‑calling.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Willingness to develop customer‑service capabilities.
• Prior experience making phone calls to sellers.

• Base hourly rate of $4‑$8 (depending on experience).
• Commission of $1,000 per successful closing.
• 30‑40 hours per week with full training provided.
