Platform Engineer – Kubernetes (Remote)

About the role

As a Platform Engineer you will design, build, and maintain robust Kubernetes‑based platforms that enable development teams to deploy and scale applications effortlessly. The role focuses on automating infrastructure, ensuring reliability, and abstracting complexity for internal users.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage production‑grade Kubernetes clusters across multiple environments.
• Create and maintain Helm charts and templates for standardized deployments.
• Automate provisioning and lifecycle management using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
• Implement GitOps continuous‑delivery pipelines with ArgoCD.
• Collaborate with development teams to define platform standards, resource requirements, and scaling strategies.
• Monitor platform health, enforce security best practices, and enable self‑healing mechanisms.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineering.
• Proven expertise in designing and operating production Kubernetes clusters.
• Strong knowledge of Terraform, Helm, and GitOps workflows (ArgoCD).
• Deep understanding of Linux systems, container networking, and cloud‑native security.
• Experience building internal developer platforms at scale.
