About the role

Join BairesDev’s engineering team to develop a custom patient health record system that manages visits, medications, scheduling, and ordering. As a Senior Full Stack Engineer you will own features end‑to‑end, moving fluidly between Angular and Node.js to deliver high‑impact healthcare functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Own features end‑to‑end across the Angular frontend and Node.js backend.
• Build and maintain production‑grade Node.js services.
• Integrate third‑party systems via webhooks.
• Work with Aurora MySQL to support application data needs.
• Collaborate closely with a small, cross‑functional engineering team.

Required profile

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Angular.
• Proven production experience with Node.js backend development (full‑stack).
• Experience with Aurora MySQL.
• Background with webhook‑based third‑party integrations.
• Experience with AWS.
• Availability to work Pacific hours.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
