Node.js Developer – AI‑Assisted Backend Engineer (Remote)

About the role

Join a global team of top‑tier engineers as an AI‑first Backend Engineer. You will combine your Node.js expertise with cutting‑edge AI coding assistants to rapidly deliver high‑quality backend solutions for leading tech clients.

Key responsibilities

• Break down high‑level tickets and product ideas into detailed implementation plans using AI tools.
• Guide AI assistants (e.g., Cursor, Claude, Copilot) to generate the majority of code, then refine, debug, and complete the solution.
• Write and maintain backend services with Node.js and Express.js in heavily containerized environments.
• Optimize applications for memory usage, performance, and logging, and ensure robust monitoring.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and optionally Elasticsearch.

Required profile

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Node.js and hands‑on experience with Express.js.
• Demonstrated ability to work with AI coding assistants within the IDE.
• Advanced English communication skills.
