Intake Specialist (Bilingual English‑Spanish) – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual English‑Spanish Intake Specialist to be the first point of contact for our personal‑injury clients. Working remotely, you will qualify leads, answer questions, and ensure a smooth hand‑off to our pre‑litigation team.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor email and chat channels for new leads and case updates.
• Answer inbound calls with professional customer service, probing for case details.
• Transfer calls to appropriate team members and set up new client projects in Filevine.
• Organize contracts, termination letters, photos, and other documents in Dropbox.
• Register comments, observations, and updates in the case management system.
• Follow up on assigned leads, clean outdated leads, and ensure high‑quality interactions.
• Send submission emails to the Pre‑Litigation department to initiate new cases.
• Participate in daily stand‑ups, weekly and monthly meetings.

Required profile

• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Sales or customer‑service background.
• Experience in personal‑injury law is a plus.
• Reliable PC or laptop with a wired internet connection.
• Noise‑cancelling headset and a quiet workspace.
• Ability to manage local tax obligations as a remote worker.
