Remote Personal Injury Paralegal (LATAM)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal to join our fully remote LATAM team. You will independently manage personal injury cases from intake through resolution while supporting both clients and attorneys.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a dedicated caseload of personal injury matters from initial intake to final resolution.
• Maintain professional communication with clients, attorneys, medical providers, and insurance companies.
• Collect, organize, and preserve all case documentation and medical records.
• Monitor critical deadlines and ensure timely follow‑up on required legal actions.
• Coordinate client medical appointments, handle records requests, and oversee day‑to‑day case activities.
• Keep case management systems updated with accurate, real‑time information.
• Prepare case files for attorneys, ensuring documentation is organized and readily available.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Personal Injury Paralegal.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Comprehensive understanding of personal injury case management processes and workflows.
