About the role

The Ward Law Group is looking for an experienced Reductions Specialist to negotiate medical bills, provider balances, and liens, playing a key part in the resolution of personal injury cases. This role involves direct interaction with clients, medical providers, hospitals, and collection entities while ensuring accurate case documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate medical bills, provider balances, and liens on behalf of the firm.
• Communicate with clients, medical providers, hospitals, and collection agencies regarding reduction matters.
• Maintain precise documentation and case updates in Litify.
• Prepare closing statements and related case documentation.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Minimum of 2 years recent experience in personal injury reductions, lien negotiation, or medical bill negotiation.
• Proven experience handling hospital reductions and negotiating directly with medical providers and collection entities.
• Background working in a plaintiff personal injury law firm.
