Entry-Level Cook (Cook 1)

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Cook 1 to join our club’s kitchen team. This entry‑level position supports the preparation and service of high‑quality meals in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, execute daily prep tasks and keep the workstation organized.
• Prepare and store food items for your station, following company standards.
• Maintain proper cooking techniques and consistent presentation of specials, salads, entrees and other menu items.
• Receive, store and manage goods, condiments, dressings, salsa and soups.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of work area, equipment and kitchen.
• Communicate any product needs or quality issues to the Executive or Sous Chef.
• Interact professionally with members and guests, handling last‑minute requests and service recovery.
• Support teammates and contribute to a positive team environment.

Required profile

• Willingness to learn and adapt in an entry‑level kitchen role.
• Ability to follow guidance from senior cooks and chefs.
• Professional attitude when dealing with members, guests and colleagues.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
