Disposition Manager – Real Estate Investor Relations

About the role

All Town Investments is seeking a motivated Disposition Manager to lead the sale of investment properties and nurture relationships with cash buyers and real‑estate investors. This remote, full‑time position focuses on strategic property dispositions, marketing, and investor communication within a growth‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, contact, and build relationships with new and existing cash buyers and investors.
• Maintain and expand the investor database and keep CRM records up to date.
• Send daily email and text marketing campaigns promoting available properties.
• Coordinate property showings, provide detailed property information, photos, and repair estimates.
• Answer investor inquiries, follow up with interested buyers, and track buyer activity.
• Collaborate with acquisitions and management teams to ensure successful property dispositions.
• After training, assist with contract negotiation and other transaction activities.

Required profile

• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Sales experience preferred; real‑estate experience a plus but not required.
• Comfortable speaking with investors and business professionals.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and self‑motivated.
