Customer Success Manager (Remote)

About the role

Our client, a fast‑growing technology company, is looking for a Customer Success Manager to be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients. You will ensure clients have a positive experience, maximize the value they receive from the services, and build long‑lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients.
• Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting client relationships.
• Understand client needs and proactively identify opportunities to enhance their experience.
• Address client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Educate clients on product features and best practices.
• Gather client feedback and share insights with internal teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a client‑facing role such as customer success, account management, or client support.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and a customer‑centric mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Empathetic, patient, proactive, detail‑oriented and a team player.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM software.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with tools such as Zendesk, Salesforce or Intercom.

What we offer

• Full‑time remote position with a Monday‑to‑Friday 9 am‑5 pm schedule.
