Collections Representative – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a Collections Representative to handle and resolve outstanding accounts for residential and commercial clients. The role is fully remote and involves professional communication with customers to secure payments and update account status.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct effective collection calls with clients.
• Prepare and deliver reports based on supplied data.
• Provide timely updates on collection status and workload.
• Manage day‑to‑day workflow, prioritising collection activities.
• Ensure compliance with collection policies and regulations.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, stay organised and pay attention to detail.
• Team‑oriented mindset with good collaboration skills.
• Capacity to prioritise tasks and follow specific instructions when required.

Required skills

• Advanced English proficiency.
• Experience with Excel and Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with CRM and specialised collections software.
• Proficiency in Google Suite (Drive, Gmail, Docs, Sheets).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Use of communication tools such as Discord, Zoom, WhatsApp.
• Experience with Hubstaff and PDF editing tools.
