About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Client Relations Representative to become the face of our company in video meetings and calls. This remote position is ideal for someone who is comfortable on camera, tech‑savvy, and eager to build a career in a client‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the company in client video meetings and calls, creating strong first impressions.
• Serve as the front‑line point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and follow‑ups.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and internal team members.
• Manage daily computer‑based tasks such as email, scheduling, video conferencing, and documentation.
• Maintain accurate, organized work and align with company processes and goals.

Required profile

• Must be based in Venezuela and have a stable, reliable internet connection with a backup power source.
• Fully fluent in English (spoken and written) with a neutral accent suitable for live video calls.
• Confident, professional presence on camera.
• Strong computer skills and comfort with common digital tools.
• Fast learner with solid problem‑solving abilities.
• Self‑driven, dependable, and able to work well within a team.
• A quiet, professional space for client calls.
• Previous client‑facing or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
