About the role
Instant Assistance is seeking a bilingual Executive Administrative Assistant specialized in real estate. This remote position supports entrepreneurs and real‑estate professionals by handling transaction coordination and client communication in both English and Spanish.
Key responsibilities
- Support transaction coordination from contract to close.
- Open files and maintain accurate transaction records.
- Follow up with HOAs, title companies, lenders, and other transaction‑related parties.
- Manage calendars, reminders, and transaction timelines.
- Maintain organized CRM systems, documents, and client files.
Required profile
- Bilingual in English and Spanish with professional written and spoken English.
- Previous experience in real‑estate administration or transaction coordination.
- Detail‑oriented, professional, and comfortable communicating directly with clients.
