Bilingual Customer Service Specialist (Spanish/English) – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a friendly, bilingual Customer Service Specialist who will handle inbound calls, chat and email inquiries in both Spanish and English. The role is fully remote and focuses on delivering fast, courteous support to our e‑commerce customers.

Key responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries via phone, live chat and email.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly, providing clear explanations.
• Personalize interactions to understand customer needs and build lasting relationships.
• Collaborate with teammates to continuously improve the service experience.
• Provide feedback on processes and suggest improvements.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online customer‑service experience.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English, with strong written and verbal communication.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk or similar ticketing platforms.
• Experience with Shopify or comparable e‑commerce tools.
