Customer Service Assistant

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site Customer Service Assistant position at InteractiveWorkers, LLC is located in Maracaibo. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries by phone, email and in‑person and ensuring they receive accurate information and support.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email and face‑to‑face interactions.
• Resolve issues, document each interaction in the customer‑service system and follow up to guarantee satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address service requests and escalate complex problems when needed.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of company products, services and policies.
• Assist with basic administrative tasks related to customer accounts and contribute to continuous improvement of service processes.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service and support abilities with a service‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with diverse customers.
• Good problem‑solving, attention to detail and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Ability to work on‑site in Maracaibo, including night shifts, and collaborate effectively with teammates.
• C1‑C2 level English proficiency.

Required skills

• Proficiency with customer‑service software.
• Competence in email communication.
• Familiarity with office productivity tools.
