Puma Solutions Group is seeking a bilingual Customer Service Agent to join its on‑site team in Maracaibo. The successful candidate will deliver high‑quality support to English‑ and Spanish‑speaking clients, ensuring a professional and empathetic experience across all interactions.

Key responsibilities

Required profile

• Fluent verbal and written communication in English and Spanish.
