About the role

Join Invited’s dynamic hospitality team as a Banquet Server, delivering first‑class food and beverage service at private club events. You will be the face of the club, ensuring every guest experiences warm welcomes, memorable moments, and graceful farewells.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, service, and break down banquet areas according to club standards.
• Take and execute food and beverage orders with attention to detail.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of menus, special event features, and dietary accommodations.
• Greet members and guests warmly, address any concerns promptly, and use service recovery techniques when needed.
• Complete daily side work such as stocking supplies, cleaning work areas, and supporting fellow team members.
