About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Recruiter and Business Development Representative who thrives on meeting new people and uncovering talent potential. You will play a dual role: sourcing and qualifying candidates for future openings while also driving outreach to build our candidate pipeline.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for upcoming positions.
- Conduct phone or in‑person interviews and assess candidates against role requirements.
- Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidate inquiries.
- Meet weekly quotas for calls and emails, including making 25+ outreach calls per day to schedule interviews.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities.
- High energy, passion for recruiting, and a proven track record of meeting quotas.
Required skills
- Experience with Google Workspace (formerly Google Wordspaces).
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
