HR Analyst – Human Resources Generalist

About the role

We are looking for a strategic and dynamic HR Analyst to act as a key liaison between the Human Resources department and business units in Caracas. The role will support talent development, organizational effectiveness, and a high‑performance culture while ensuring compliance with payroll requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee development programs.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization.
• Facilitate organizational change and culture‑building initiatives.
• Manage payroll processes as a mandatory responsibility.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in multinational or fast‑paced environments.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Experience with HRIS systems and data‑driven decision‑making.
